COMBAT FITNESS

is a fun and empowering class for ages 16 and up. Kickboxing style drills are used to develop basic combative skills and improve cardiovascular fitness. Participants hone their skills and reaction time on the heavy bags, and each class incorporates a real-world self-defense technique.

 

Classes are held Mondays at 7:30pm and Wednesdays at 7pm. Classes are approximately 60 minutes long.

FIGHT LIKE A GIRL

Women who resist or Fight back have a great chance of deterring a physical or sexual assault.
